Day 334 of 365 Things To Do in Panama

Day 334 of 365 Things To Do in Panama. Observe International CyberSecurity Day!

Today is the International Day of Information Security. It was first celebrated in 1988 to sensitize people about the importance of protecting themselves from electronic fraud - especially around the holiday season.

Recommendations:

Install an anti-virus and anti-malware on your computer, tablet and smartphone and keep them updated. - Do not open suspicious emails or click on links that seem strange. Any email that asks you to do something "urgent" is probably a phishing attempt. - Use strong passwords, with letters, numbers and symbols; Do not write down any password or share it with anyone. - Be Suspicion when someone asks you for passwords, numbers of your Digital Token or other protection systems. Do not share them - Protect your personal information, do not share sensitive information on social networks that anyone can access and use to take advantage of it.

- Regularly backup your data

- Update Antivirus Software

Your security is in your hands.
